How many employees does my business need?

White Tree Vending works with businesses that have 50 or more employees and/or businesses that generate a good amount of foot traffic.

Will I be charged for my vending machine?

Our snack and drink vending machines come at absolutely no cost to you or your business. White Tree Vending is a full-line, full-service vending company that provides vending machines, vending snacks, and drink services at no cost to your business.

How often will our vending machines be re-stocked?

White Tree Vending will re-stock your machines on as needed basis.  Some locations are re-stocked once a week, some twice a week and others daily.  Our goal is to make sure your business, employees, and clients do not have to worry about their favorite snacks or beverages not being available.

What happens if my vending machine breaks, malfunctions, or is damaged?

We come out and fix it, so you’re back up vending as soon as possible. If the machine can’t be fixed on-site, we replace it with a new machine. As a full-service vending provider, it’s our job to make sure your vending machines are in working order as to not disrupt your businesses daily flow.

How do I know it is time to switch my vending service provider?

If you have vending service provider now that is unresponsive, does not restock your machines in a timely manner, does not fix any issues with your machines, or leaves a mess any time they go in to stock your machine.  Be sure White Tree Vending will ensure all your needs are met.  To get started you may call or fill out the form and we will reach out shortly!

Do I need to have any special outlets at my location?

No, all machines use a regular three prong plug.  The only exception is if you would also like a coffee machine which will also need a water line run to the location. Fear not, we will make sure of all these things during your on-site visit, and we work with certified plumbers if needed to run the water line.
